Coffee House Thousand Oaks was born from a simple belief: that great coffee shouldn't require a trip downtown. In 2018, we opened our doors on Lawrence Drive with a mission to bring the specialty coffee experience right to our neighborhood.
We source our beans from sustainable farms across Colombia, Ethiopia, and Guatemala, roasting them in small batches to preserve their unique character. Our bakers arrive at 4 AM each day so that by the time you walk in, your favorite croissant is warm and your espresso is pulled to perfection.
This isn't just a place to grab caffeine. It's where neighbors become friends, where ideas take shape over lattes, and where the simple ritual of a well-made cup becomes the highlight of your day.
